These terms apply to the website at optiflowsolutions.tech (and optiflow.solutions), to the complimentary website review and calls we offer through it, and to our text messaging program. They are between you and Optiflow Solutions LLC, 8342 S Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ 85054 ("Optiflow Solutions", "we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form or opting in to messages, you agree to them.

1. The complimentary website review

Our website review is an automated, AI-assisted assessment of the public pages of the website address you submit. It is provided for information only. Scores, findings, estimates and suggestions are opinions based on general marketing practice and the data available to us at the time; they are not guarantees of any result, revenue or ranking. You confirm that you are entitled to request a review of the website you submit. We may limit the number of reviews per person or per day and may decline to review sites that block automated access or that we consider unsuitable.

2. Calls and services

Booking a call is free of charge and does not commit you to buying anything. Any paid services (advertising, landing pages, AI agents or similar) are provided only under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price and terms for that work.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Who is messaging you. Text messages under this program are sent by Optiflow Solutions LLC, a marketing agency in Tempe, Arizona, from +1 (916) 866-1935. When you give us your mobile number on one of our website forms, you can opt in, with two separate and optional checkboxes, to (a) non-marketing messages, which are confirmations and reminders for the call you booked, the link to your website review, and replies to questions you ask us, and (b) marketing messages, which are occasional offers, discounts and service updates. Neither checkbox is pre-selected, and you can submit a form and use our services without ticking either.

Opting out and getting help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 (916) 866-1935. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@optiflow.solutions.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 10 messages per month, plus replies to any messages you send us; message frequency varies with your request and appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk submissions, no attempts to break, overload or bypass its security, no submitting other people's contact details without their permission, and no unlawful use.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, images and the reports we generate are owned by Optiflow Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may use the report we send you for your own business. Screenshots in a report are of your own website and remain yours.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site, the review and any information we provide are offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optiflow Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, the review or our messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the complimentary services is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
