Optiflow Solutions LLC ("Optiflow Solutions", "we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Tempe, Arizona. We run the website at optiflowsolutions.tech (and optiflow.solutions, which redirects to it). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, request a website review, book a call or exchange messages with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on our site (for example the website check, the complimentary website review or an application), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, mobile phone number, your business name and website address, and your answers to the questions on the form (such as how many leads your website produces or how customers find you). When you book a call, we collect the time you picked and any notes you add.

Your website. If you ask for a website review, we load the public pages of the website address you submit, take screenshots of them and analyze them (with automated and AI-assisted tools) to produce your report. We only access pages that are publicly available.

Messages. If you text, email or call us, we keep the content of those conversations so we can respond and keep track of your request.

Usage information. Our website records how it is used: the pages you visit, the buttons you tap, how far you scroll, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your screen size, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the link or ad that brought you here (including campaign tags such as utm_source). We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (see section 6), for this.

• To produce and deliver your website review and email you the report.
• To schedule, confirm, remind you about and hold the call you requested.
• To respond to your questions and follow up on your request by email, phone or, if you opted in, text message.
• To send you marketing messages about our services, only if you opted in to them.
• To understand how our website and advertising perform and to improve them.
• To protect our site from abuse and to comply with the law.

4. Text messaging (SMS) program

When you give us your mobile number on one of our forms, you can choose, with two separate and optional checkboxes, whether we may text you. Neither box is pre-selected and neither is required to submit the form or to receive our services.

• Non-marketing messages: confirmations and reminders for the call you booked, the link to your website review, and replies to questions you ask us.
• Marketing messages: occasional offers, discounts and service updates from Optiflow Solutions LLC.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at contact@optiflow.solutions. Full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as the platforms we use for our customer records, scheduling, email, telephone and text messaging, our website hosting provider, and the AI and analytics tools we use to produce website reviews and measure our site. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our site uses the Meta Pixel so we can measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to reviews, leads and booked calls, and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested in them. Meta may use this data according to its own data policy; you can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings. We also keep our own first-party log of how the site is used (pages, taps, scroll depth, time on page and the ad that brought you here) to improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

7. How long we keep information

We keep contact and conversation records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate need for them, such as keeping a record of your messaging consent. Website review reports are kept for 90 days. Our site usage log is pruned after 180 days.

8. Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving marketing emails.
• Email contact@optiflow.solutions to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
